About Our Therapist

Millie is a fully qualified and insured sports massage therapist with three years of experience in the industry. She has worked with individuals from various sporting backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on gymnasts, Olympic weightlifters, and runners.Millie's background includes seven years as a gymnast, six years in aerial arts and contortion, and she is currently passionate about bouldering.Dedicated to her craft, Millie is committed to helping her clients achieve their wellness goals. She offers a unique hybrid experience that blends effective sports massage techniques with a serene and calming atmosphere, ensuring a treatment that leaves you feeling both physically rejuvenated and mentally refreshed.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage employs firm pressure and slow strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and fascia. This technique effectively releases tension, and promotes overall relaxation within the body. During this type of massage the therapist will use a pressure that you are comfortable with and they find fitting to suit your needs. Myofascial Cupping

Cupping therapy involves placing small plastic cups on the skin to create suction. These cups can be arranged in various patterns or moved around, providing sensations akin to massage. Iuvo is located inside Rhino Bouldering Gym, in Bromley high street. Unit 6 & 7, The Mall, Bromley, BR1 1TR.By train: We are a 3 minute walk from Bromley south station.By bus: We are a 1 minute walk from the 61, 119, 125, 138, 145, 162, 208, 246, 261, 314, 320, 336, 352, 358, 367 and SL5 bus stops. We are a 10 minute walk from the 269, 162 and SL3 bus stops.Parking: There is an NCP car park located above the mall which you can access from elmfield road.

Our treatment room is a cozy and pristine space designed to provide everything you need to support your journey back to optimal health. We utilise soft lighting, soothing music, and essential oil diffusers to cultivate a tranquil atmosphere for your relaxation.- Our facility features a fully equipped gym that we utilise for training during rehabilitation appointments.- On-site, you'll find a delightful café where you can relax while waiting for your appointment. You can also grab a hot or cold drink after your appointment.- We also provide convenient on-site toilet and shower facilities for your comfort.
